The following Package Selections are offered for customer convenience. They do
not include State of Ohio sales tax on merchandise, State Permit Fee, or any
service or merchandise that is not specifically listed. Additional services
and/or merchandise may be added at the costs specified on the itemized General
Price List.
TRADITIONAL FULL SERVICE
Professional services include: necessary services of staff, use of facilities
for one afternoon and one evening viewing/visitation with next day ceremony,
transfer of remains to funeral home (within 25 mile radius), embalming, hearse
to gravesite (within 25 mile radius), obtaining necessary authorizations and
preparation of newspaper notice.
TRADITIONAL SERVICE WITH EVENING VIEWING/VISITATION
Professional services include: necessary services of staff, use of facilities
for one evening viewing/visitation with next day ceremony, transfer of remains
to funeral home (within 25 mile radius), embalming, hearse to gravesite (within
25 mile radius), obtaining necessary authorizations and preparation of
newspaper notice.
TRADITIONAL SERVICE WITH ABBREVIATED VIEWING/VISITATION
Professional services include: necessary services of staff, use of facilities
for viewing/visitation immediately preceding ceremony, transfer of remains to
funeral home (within 25 mile radius), embalming, hearse to gravesite (within 25
mile radius), obtaining necessary authorizations and preparation of newspaper
notice.
IMMEDIATE BURIAL
Our charge for an immediate burial, without any attendant rites or ceremonies,
includes removal and shelter of remains, local transportation to the cemetery
(within 25 mile radius), necessary services of staff and required
authorizations.

DIRECT CREMATION
Our charge for a direct cremation without any attendant rites or ceremonies
includes removal of remains, local transportation to crematory (within 25 mile
radius), necessary services of staff, authorizations and crematory fee
(includes temporary container for the cremated remains). If you want to arrange
a direct cremation, you can use an alternative/pre-cremation container.
Alternative containers encase the body and can be made of materials like
fiberboard or composition materials (with or without an outside covering). The
alternative/pre-cremation container we provide is corrugated fiber.
